Andrew founded Texas FilmWorks in 2016 after years in the Texas video and film production industry. Since then, he has directed multiple videos with tens of millions of views across platforms and even stepped into the unexpected role of children’s television show director—something he never imagined adding to the resume. He is passionate about telling great stories, building strong teams, and yes, baking artisanal bread (seriously). Andrew is focused on pushing Texas FilmWorks toward its full creative and professional potential. He lives in College Station with his wife Jen and their three hilarious, adventure-loving kids.

Joel joined (er, rejoined?) the Texas FilmWorks team in 2025, having worked as a production assistant for TXFW from 2018-2021. He graduated Texas A&M University with a degree in architecture, which has inspired a lot of his approach, particularly as it relates to light and space. He loves storytelling, playing music, and wearing all black, which corresponds with his love for moody, emotive, and contemplative imagery. Joel most enjoys spending time with his wife Olivia and his many siblings.

Originally from Athens, GA, Lindsay is a founding member of TXFW and is a graduate of the University of Miami. She has worked all over the country from Miami to Los Angeles, and has chosen to stay here in Texas to raise her adorable twins with her husband Derrick. Matt is a Kansas boy, born and raised! But he quickly found himself moving to Texas. He attended Texas A&M University - Corpus Christi where he graduated with a BA in Communications. After college, Matt found himself working in film and television taking him to all corners of the country. He joined the FilmWorks team in 2022 and has really enjoyed creating impactful projects in the BCS area. In his off time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Liz, and dog, Duke.

Kelsey, also known around the office as Beasley, KB, or Beazer, was born and raised in Aggieland. She took a brief jaunt over to Austin for a few years, and graduated from UT Austin with a BS in Radio Television Film. Now back in College Station, she spends her free time running and crocheting.
