For the 2025 Fire School, Texas FilmWorks partnered with Williams Fire & Hazard Control to capture the intensity, precision, and community that define one of the most respected industrial firefighting training programs in the world. Over the span of two weeks, our team embedded directly into the action, filming everything from registration and hospitality events to student interactions, keynote speakers, and full-scale live field exercises. To do it right, we built a capture strategy as serious as the training itself. We deployed more than a dozen cameras across hard mounts, GoPros, helmet rigs, and handheld systems, with camera operators suited up in full fire gear to get as close to the heat as safely possible. The goal was simple: put viewers inside the experience. This project demanded technical precision, logistical coordination, and a production team ready to operate in extreme environments. We were proud to help document the training that prepares firefighters to respond when it matters most.
